CONSULTATION:
2 pre-planning meetings and periodic phone or email contact
Review vendor commitments (your plans)
Referrals to wedding vendors for unplanned items
Expert advice on traditions, customs, and etiquette
Budget review (see if I can save you any money)
Development of a timeline and printed copies for vendors and wedding party
Assistance with setup diagrams for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
Access to Amanda’s planning guides
REHEARSAL:
Prepare processional/recessional plans for wedding ceremony
Tour ceremony site/coordinate with officiant or direction of the rehearsal
Meeting your wedding party and important guests
Review legal/religious requirements (license/ketuba/rings, etc)
EVENT DAY (up to six hours)
Pre-Ceremony:
Help dress the Bride (if needed)
Onsite coordination of vendor arrival and set up
Check set-up in accordance with wedding décor plan.
Monitor transportation and photography/videography sessions
Ceremony
Check wedding party attire, flowers, rings, speeches, etc
Guest management/instruct ushers on greeting guests and escorting procedures
Check lighting, and sound output, light candles
Organize and instruct processional line-up and pace
Assist with transportation of any Ceremony décor items for Reception
Wedding item placement/setup (candles, programs, place cards, favors, guestbook, etc.)
Reception:
Assist with ceremony/reception site(s) set up (placing flowers/décor, lighting candles, dessert table, etc.)
Start the party/cocktails while B&G are having photos taken
Coordinate couple’s arrival and departure
Manage guest book, receiving line, and favors
Showing couples how to cut the cake, throw the garter/bouquet, first dance, toasts, etc.
Distribute final payments/tips due to vendors
Pack up all gifts, personal items, and decorations and give to responsible person.
