EMERALD $1,600+:: This package is ideal for couples 6-12 months away from their wedding date or those choosing to have their event in a non-traditional location (park, barn, backyard, etc). The package includes all the elements of the Ruby Package plus:
Two additional planning meetings (total of 4)
One vendor meeting (to make selections or plan logistics)
Intensive planning 3 months before wedding (unlimited calls and emails)
Advice for planning rehearsal dinner or wedding shower
8 hours of service on wedding day
Rehearsal time plus additional hour of pre-wedding set up
Discounted a la carte services
DIAMOND PACKAGE $2,200+ :: The most in-depth service where the client and I have multiple meetings throughout the planning process covering everything from design concept (food, floral, lighting, etc.) to site management and clean up. Cost is determined by the complexity of the services requested and your total budget.
In addition to the elements of the Ruby and Emerald Packages the Diamond Package takes service to a whole new level and includes:
Direct communication with vendors (we take the calls and answer emails from your vendors)
Up to 10 hours of service with lead coordinator
5 hours with assistant coordinator - to help with setup / breakdown, errands, etc
6 planning/check in meetings before your wedding day
2 Venue visits
2 vendor meetings (to choose your rentals, florals, cake, stationary, etc)
Evaluation/negotiation of vendor contracts
Coordinating accommodations, transportation and child care
Unlimited communication via phone (9am-8pm) and e-mail (any time)
Reception Setup: linens, centerpieces & all other decorations
Set-up of napkins, silverware, plates, glassware, etc.
Assist with tear down and venue checkout (last one out)
2 hours or errand running the week of your wedding - pick up any supplies
